Jessica Ohlssen

Jessica Ohlssen is Senior Vice President of Revenue at Rainfall Health, where she leads the company's commercial strategy, provider partnerships, and revenue growth. She brings nearly 20 years of experience across healthcare technology, digital health, provider strategy, public health, and government.

Prior to Rainfall Health, Jessica was a senior commercial leader at Unite Us, a Series C healthcare technology unicorn focused on addressing social determinants of health for hospitals, health systems, government agencies, and payers. At Unite Us, Jessica led growth strategy and served as Head of Provider Market after serving as Regional Vice President of Sales for the West. She built, developed, and led high-performing growth teams responsible for expanding markets, strengthening provider partnerships, and delivering against ambitious revenue goals.

Earlier in her career, Jessica led business development and growth strategies for two of the nation's leading health information exchanges, Manifest MedEx in California and the New York eHealth Collaborative in New York City. Her work has spanned healthcare technology, data exchange, provider strategy, and partnerships, with a focus on building markets and scaling solutions across complex healthcare ecosystems.

Jessica has extensive experience working with government at the state, local, and federal levels, including CMS, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, and state and local departments of health. She has managed and project-managed government grants, led multidisciplinary teams, and worked closely with public-sector stakeholders to translate policy and funding priorities into successful programs. She has a particular interest in the intersection of technology, healthcare growth, and government policy, and in how thoughtful policy and payment models can create the conditions for hospitals to adopt better solutions, improve patient care, and build more sustainable healthcare systems.

Jessica began her career as a breast cancer researcher at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where her research was published in Science Translational Medicine and The Journal of Physical Chemistry. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and Chemistry from DePaul University and an M.S. in Urban Policy and Public Health from The New School.
